... since Erwin Chemerinsky is Paula Franzese, Seton Hall law professor, and Barbri lecturer for secured transactions and property law.
While certainly displaying a willingness to be silly by singing extended excerpts of rap and R & B songs, her focus on mnemonics has really helped my Property Law retention.
As ambivalent imbroglio comments here:
"Plus, you'll learn the Bobby Brown rule of property, the Destiny's Child Doctrine, and the Greg and Marsha Brady rules of co-ownership and tenancy."
Well, we didn't learn the Brady Bunch rule. But we were fortunate enough to hear Professor Franzes's rendition of "Unforgettable," originally by Natalie and Nat King Cole.
That is, with regard to Tenancies in Common, "I'm descendable, I'm devisable, I'm alienable..."
Most of the guys in my class are pretty smitten at this point. Perhaps even some girls. And other bloggers too. Sorry folks, she's married to this guy (2nd from right).

I was sad we got a substitute Property lady, Theresa Maynard. I feel so out of the loop.
On the upside, I'm glad I wasn't around any mentions of Bobby Brown/ Destiny's Child I wasn't prepared for... I hope she at least gave a warning before the lecture. I think my bones might have turned to dust or something.
Yes, she did give a disclaimer about her singing before the lecture. Although my favorite part of the Property I lecture came without warning--the Dr. Evil impression. Too funny.

I'm theoretically taking the GW morning class, but generally wake up so late that I need to catch the afternoon session.
While not too many people actively engage the others in the class, there is a little bit of chit-chat going on between us.
I can only hope the whistling reference is something to do with this. Because, how could you not want to marry the person who compiled that website?
I'm not smitten with Franzese. Just intrigued. I don't remember her mnemonics at all. That bling distracted me.
